Lease: All five tracts are leased to Michael Pitts on a modified 50-50 crop share lease for the 2022 crop year. The lease will be assigned to the buyer at closing, with buyer assuming the landlord’s position and reimbursing seller for 2022 crop expenses incurred to date.
